Questions and AnswersCan I publish your comic/illustration in my blog/page/slide?Yes, you can publish, print and copy my comics and illustrations freely as long as 1) You're not making money off it and 2) You put a link back to Retrazos. If you have any question or want to ask permission to use the content in a commercial way, please contact me. How do you create your drawings?Unless mentioned otherwise, everything has been drawn digitally using a Wacom Intuos3 tablet and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 or, since August 2011, PaintTool SAI. I give thanks to God for giving me this wonderful skill. What does "Retrazos" mean?I was looking for an original name, so I made a wordplay from the spanish word Trazo, which means "stroke," as in a pencil stroke. The Re prefix implies repetition, as in "redo." It kinda means to make several strokes, which is what I do when I draw. I'm no great master which makes a piece of art with one or two pencil strokes.Mind you, "Retrazos" is not a valid spanish word, just wordplay. It's similar to the real word "Retrasos," which means "delay." What does your signature mean? That's my chinese name, Wong Guó Fù, which means Rich Nation.![]() |
